My assignment entailed the creation of an engaging and distinctive invitation designed to captivate guests and provoke excitement for an upcoming event. The chosen event was the New Orleans Jazz Museum Gala, as my inspiration stemmed from the city's vibrant music, dynamic colors, and lively ambiance. A digital component was incorporated alongside the physical invitation to enrich the guest experience. The invitation, thoughtfully designed as a trifold, exudes the soulful essence of New Orleans, enticing recipients with its artistic allure and spirited color palette.

The Invitation
Two envelopes were provided to ensure convenience and seamless function: one for the initial invitation and another for guests to return with billing information. Inspired by a record sleeve, the trifold invitation holds a double-sided informational card that resembles an old record disk. It features key information regarding the event time, location, ticket price, attire, etc. The record disk also features a QR code linked to a silent auction hosted by the museum. This modern integration of technology complements the event's theme and adds a dynamic and interactive dimension to the guest experience.
